The Breteuil aviary takes off: meeting room, seminar, photo studio, showroom...

We are pleased to announce the official opening of the new coworking space La volière de Breteuil located at 9, rue César Franck 75015!

Services offered:

Located in the building of the Mes Socks Rouges boutique, this 75 m² space can be rented from half a day as:

• Seminar or meeting room : an open space at your disposal, 20 seats available with mobile offices. A white background can be used to project presentations with the possibility of choosing the background color. High-speed Internet and HDMI cables available.

• Workspace : 20 seats with desks to be arranged according to the desired layout. High-speed internet access, printer, HDMI cables, etc.

• Photo studio : studio backdrops (3 colors) to adapt the photo taking. Independent private cabin accessible for preparing the shoot and the models (sofa bed, dressing table, toilet, sink, storage space). Access to the workspace for editing and retouching photos.

• Showroom : this space can be converted as desired to transform it into a private showroom for sales, exhibitions of paintings/photos/design objects or any other event (cocktails, inauguration, celebration, etc.).

Here is the list of supplies and services that you can also find on site, whatever the nature of your reservation:

• Workstations : 20 seats with shared desks.
• Supplies : High-speed Internet, printer, cables (HDMI, adapters, chargers, etc.).
• Shower room : a bathroom with toilet accessible at the entrance to the work space. Additional toilet with sink accessible in the private cabin.
• Kitchen : kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee/tea machine. Accessible at will for any type of reservation.
• Secluded space : ideal for taking a break or making a call out of the way.

Why The Breteuil Aviary ?

This huge room, located on the ground floor in the courtyard of a very quiet building, is renowned for its brightness thanks to its large glass roof which lets in light.

It is in this glass roof that an aviary universe has been designed with:

• A peacock placed on the wall as the central object of this calm and bright space;
• Birds hidden in several places in space to attract the eyes of curious people;
• A giant chessboard on which a few beetles are based in the kitchen...
