Your personalized socks in one click!
Personalize your pairs of socks by embroidering your initials or the letters/numbers of your choice. It’s also an opportunity to add a personalized finishing touch to a gift!
How to do ? Enter in the field below the 2 or 3 letters/numbers you wish to have embroidered on your socks as well as the color of the embroidery thread. You should also purchase the pair to have embroidered. Embroidery will be done at the top on the outer side of each sock.
You will have unique personalized socks!
NB :
- The embroidery service can only be done on new products purchased from Mes Chaussettes Rouges;
- Embroidery increases the shipping time of your order (between 3 days and 1 week);
- In accordance with French law, personalized socks and other embroidered products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Do not confuse personalized socks with tailor-made socks! If you would like your socks to be knitted to your body shape and choose the material, the height and additional personalization (pattern, initials, etc.), make an appointment in our tailor-made Parisian workshop .
We offer three heights of socks:
1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from vegetal fibres:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: by hand or in the washing machine, preferably cold (30 or 40° maximum) with a spin cycle between 600 and 1000 rpm).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: washing machine (cold or 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended.
N.B.: when washing for the first time, it is advisable not to mix light and dark coloured socks.
