Khaki - Super-Durable Cotton Lisle
This khaki pair in Super-Durable cotton lisle from Mazarin is a popular one to wear in autumn or winter.
Although this colour is often worn with the arrival of autumn, it is also a discreet colour to wear all year round. While it pairs well with cooler colours, this khaki pair will still allow you to stand out from the traditional blue, black or grey.
If you haven't tried the Super-Durable range yet, you'll be surprised by the robustness of these models. Made from a combination of cotton lisle, polyamide and elastane, Mazarin's Super-Durable socks are exceptionally resistant.
The cotton lisle is sourced from Egypt, providing an excellent quality fabric. Elastane is also used to give the sock a better fit around the leg, as well as flexibility. To ensure the robustness of these pairs, polyamide is used to reinforce the structure, especially at the heel and toe.

Height: Knee-high (below the knee)
We offer three heights of socks:
1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from plant-based materials:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: machine wash at a maximum of 40°C
- Spin cycle: between 600 and 1000 rpm;
- Ideally, wash the socks inside out and in a laundry bag to prevent pilling and preserve the colours;
- Drying: tumble drying and ironing are strongly discouraged;
- Air dry, with socks hung up or laid flat. Recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: machine wash cold or up to 30°C (ideally on a delicate cycle)
- Spin cycle: maximum 600 rpm;
- Ideally, wash the socks inside out and in a laundry bag to prevent pilling and preserve the colours;
- Drying: tumble drying and ironing are strongly discouraged;
- Air dry, with socks hung up or laid flat. Recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: machine wash cold or up to a maximum of 30°C
- Spin cycle: maximum 600 rpm;
- Ideally, wash the socks inside out and in a laundry bag to prevent pilling and preserve the colours;
- Drying: tumble drying and ironing are strongly discouraged;
- Air dry, with socks hung up or laid flat. Recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
N.B:
- For the first wash, it is recommended not to mix light-coloured and dark-coloured socks.
- When in doubt about which cycle to use, hand washing is always effective and safe for delicate materials.
