Khaki & Navy Blue - Super-Durable Cotton Lisle
Mazarin has created this Super-Durable cotton lisle pair of mid-calf socks in khaki & navy blue, especially for you!
These socks are predominantly made of cotton lisle, a high-quality cotton from Egypt. Cotton lisle, a material known for its fineness and neat touch, is combined with polyamide, a material used in boat mooring lines, mainly to reinforce the heel and toe of these socks. These socks are therefore more robust, of intermediate thickness, and very soft. The elastane provides flexibility and excellent fit around the leg to this pair.
While the predominant colour is khaki green, the blue ribbing provides a slight contrast to the socks, giving them a touch of originality without losing their elegance. You can wear them all year round with many different outfits!
These mid-calf socks are knit in Italy and remeshed stitch by stitch, guaranteeing excellent comfort.

1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from vegetal fibres:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: by hand or in the washing machine, preferably cold (30 or 40° maximum) with a spin cycle between 600 and 1000 rpm).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended.
N.B.: when washing for the first time, it is advisable not to mix light and dark coloured socks.
