Steel Blue - Super-Durable Wool
These Super-Durable wool knee-high socks in the shade steel blue are extremely soft. This simple, dark colour can be worn on any occasion since it goes elegantly with a wide variety of shades. It truly is the perfect pair to add to your collection!
We would recommend wearing this pair with solid colours of a similar tone (black, grey, brown, navy blue) or with brighter colours and patterns to create an eye-catching contrast (red, yellow, green).
Knitted in Italy, this pair of Super-Durable socks has two undeniable advantages:
- It's extremely soft. The merino wool used in this pair is not only of exceptional quality but also easy to take care of since it's been pre-treated to withstand machine washing at 40° (but not tumble drying).
- It's particularly resistant. The addition of the best synthetic fibres makes the fabric the strongest on the market since its robustness and durability have been tested and approved by the Martindale test. Additionally, for extra strength, these socks have been reinforced at the toe and heel.
Composition: 68% Wool - 30% Polyamide - 2% Elastane
Height: Knee-high (below the knee)
We offer three sock heights:
1- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are long socks that reach just below the knee, right above the calf curve.
Advantages: they provide better hold and fully cover the shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with dress pants.

2- Crew Socks
Height: crew socks are short socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantage: they are suitable for people who wear slim-fit pants.

3- No-Show Socks
Height: no-show socks are very short socks. Two cutouts: one for sneakers that reaches below the ankle bone and one for loafers that reaches below the instep.
Advantage: no-show socks are invisible in sneakers or loafers but still protect your feet and shoes.
