Beige & Royal Blue - Super-durable Cotton Lisle
High socks in reinforced cotton lisle in beige bistre, contrasted with royal blue stripes, by Mazarin.
This original and casual model pairs perfectly with beige trousers or autumnal tones (brown, green...) and brown shoes. You can also wear them with jeans and sneakers!
These knee-high socks belong to our Super-durable range. They are particularly resistant to wear thanks to nylon reinforcement (Martindale abrasion-tested).
Mainly made of cotton lisle, these medium-weight socks are comfortable and suitable for year-round wear.
Knitted in Italy and finished with a seamless toe-linking. Reinforced heels and toes.
Composition: 72% Cotton Lisle - 26% Polyamide - 2% Elastane
Height: knee-high (over-the-calf / below the knee)
Sizes: 39 to 47.
We offer three heights of socks:
1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from vegetal fibres:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: by hand or in the washing machine, preferably cold (30 or 40° maximum) with a spin cycle between 600 and 1000 rpm).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended.
N.B.: when washing for the first time, it is advisable not to mix light and dark coloured socks.
