The classic houndstooth pattern, this time in Super-Durable cotton lisle from the French brand Mazarin!
If you like patterns and socks that last for a long time, you won't be disappointed! These knee-high socks combine an original houndstooth pattern in quite discreet colours with a very durable and resistant fabric. After all, the Super-Durables truly live up to their name: they are made of polyamide-reinforced cotton lisle, which gives them unparalleled resistance to wear and tear - approved by the Martindale test!
The combination of charcoal grey and navy blue helps to soften the usually bold houndstooth pattern. This means that you can easily combine them with simple outfits to give them a stylish twist! Wear with navy blue, grey or black trousers.
Knit in Italy, these knee-high socks are beautifully finished: they feature a seamless toe-linking to ensure that there is no central seam at the toe. The toe and heel areas are also reinforced.

1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from vegetal fibres:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: by hand or in the washing machine, preferably cold (30 or 40° maximum) with a spin cycle between 600 and 1000 rpm).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended.
N.B.: when washing for the first time, it is advisable not to mix light and dark coloured socks.
