High socks in navy blue and red vanised wool, from the Mazarin brand.
These knee-high (below-the-knee) socks for men are made primarily from wool, making them ideal for wearing in cold weather. Wool is in fact an insulating and particularly soft material.
This pair of socks is vanized. Thus, to the main navy blue color are added contrasting red ribs. This pattern therefore goes particularly well in a formal outfit to add a touch of cheerfulness or in a casual outfit.
Socks knitted in Italy, reinforced at the toes and heels and re-knitted stitch by stitch.

We offer three sock heights:
1- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are long socks that reach just below the knee, right above the calf curve.
Advantages: they provide better hold and fully cover the shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with dress pants.

2- Crew Socks
Height: crew socks are short socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantage: they are suitable for people who wear slim-fit pants.

3- No-Show Socks
Height: no-show socks are very short socks. Two cutouts: one for sneakers that reaches below the ankle bone and one for loafers that reaches below the instep.
Advantage: no-show socks are invisible in sneakers or loafers but still protect your feet and shoes.

Black socks: really essential?
Black socks are often presented as an absolute basic… but is it really the best choice? More versatile, navy blue often offers a more elegant alternative, while very dark shades remain easy to match—provided you don’t overlook certain trouser/shoe combinations.
Before automatically opting for black, it’s better to understand its limits and uses: in two minutes, you’ll see that even classics can hold some surprises… with, as a bonus, an unexpected detour into French rock.
