FAQ

We offer 4 types of socks for men & women:

- knee-high socks: the tallest socks that reach just below the knee;

- mid-calf socks: shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf;

- invisible socks: we offer two models, one to wear with sneakers (the socks are very short and reach just below the ankle bone), the other to wear with more open shoes like loafers (they reach the instep).

- sports socks: we adapt all our models to the specific needs of each sport (tennis, hunting, golf, hiking, skiing, and horseback riding).

Our sizes start at 36 and go up to 49. Availability and size variety may vary depending on the model.

We offer three sock heights:

1- Mid-calf socks

Height: mid-calf socks are long socks that reach just below the knee.

Advantages: they provide more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with dress pants.

2- Crew socks

Height: crew socks are short socks that reach the middle of the calf.

Advantage: they are suitable for people who wear slim-fit pants.

3- Ankle socks

Height: ankle socks, as their name suggests, reach the ankle just above the malleolus.

Advantage: they peek out of the shoes, allowing for a subtle visible style effect and have very good hold.

4- No-show socks

Height: no-show socks are very short. There are three models:

- for sneakers: they reach just below the malleolus and are ideal with sneakers.

- for loafers: they reach the instep, are more cut out, and are ideal for fairly open shoes like loafers or boat shoes.

- for ballet flats: these are the shortest, reaching the toes, and are ideal for ballet flats.

Advantage: no-show socks are invisible in sneakers, loafers, or ballet flats, yet they still protect your feet from friction and your shoes from wear.

Here are the details of the characteristics:

- Warmth: refers to the insulating and thermal properties of the material the socks are made from;

- Support: this criterion identifies the durability of the sock’s fiber over time and the delicacy of the material;

- Thickness: refers to the thickness of the sock material to determine if they fit in tight shoes and which season they are suitable for (thickness also indicates warmth);

- Feel: this criterion helps you understand how the socks feel against your skin and their texture.

YES, we deliver worldwide. Shipping fees apply and are added to the total order price for any international delivery.

Each order placed online is prepared and ready to ship within 1 to 2 days.

Delivery times depend on your location and country:

- in France : delivery takes 2 to 4 business days (Colissimo) ; 2 business days (DHL)

- in Europe : delivery takes 4 to 10 business days (La Poste International) ; 2 business days (DHL)

- in the rest of the world : usually, delivery takes at least 10 business days (La Poste International) ; 3 business days (DHL)

YES, you can exchange one or more products from your order within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Simply fill out this return form in French or in English and send the package back to the Paris store address.

ATTENTION:

- The pairs must not have been opened or tried on;

- The tag must not be removed;

- You do not need the receipt to make an exchange.
