The delivery times for your order depend on the delivery address and country:
- In France: delivery within 2 to 4 working days (Colissimo)
- Europe: delivery within 4 to 10 working days (La Poste international)
- Rest of the World : Above 10 working days (La Poste international)
These delivery times also depend on our shipping partners. In the event of a problem or unusually long delays, please do not hesitate to contact us. There may be a delivery issue.
- To avoid losses and delays with the postal service in certain countries, it is necessary to use DHL. For example, in Spain.
- For certain remote or less accessible areas, DHL reserves the right to apply a higher price depending on the zone.
Customs duties
Deliveries to the following countries are subject to customs duties, in addition to the shipping costs applied, from the following minimum purchase amounts:
- United Kingdom: customs duties apply from £135 of purchases
- United States: customs duties apply from $1 of purchases
- Switzerland: customs duties apply from CHF40 of purchases
- Canada: customs duties apply from $20 of purchases
Important
- This list is not exhaustive and customers are invited to check the customs duties applicable in their country.
- If you choose DHL delivery to one of these countries, please note that this carrier charges customs handling fees in addition to customs duties and shipping costs.
In-store pick-up
It is also possible to pick up your order from our Paris boutique located at 9 rue César Franck - 75015 Paris.
The choice of delivery method is made after confirming your basket on the website. Simply select the “Pick-up” option. You will then receive a pick-up confirmation email within 2 working days.

Returns
- Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to return the socks to us for an exchange and 7 days for a refund.
- The pairs must not have been opened or tried on. The cardboard band must not be removed.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
- Download the return form in French version or in English version for any return by post. This form can be printed or filled in directly online and sent by email to serviceclient@meschaussettesrouges.com.
Returns can be made:
- directly at our Paris boutique
- by post at your expense to the boutique address — please contact us if the return is due to an error on our part.
For postal returns, please print the Return & Exchange Form in French version or English version, place it inside the parcel or send it to us by email at serviceclient@meschaussettesrouges.com.
In all cases, please notify us by email before returning the socks to us. You may use the contact form.
There may be several very different reasons why you wish to return the socks you ordered from Mes Chaussettes Rouges. In order to organise the return of the socks, here are a few details:
1/ Quality issue: The socks undergo four independent quality checks after manufacturing. However, as certain operations, such as hand-linking, are still carried out stitch by stitch, a defect may occur. In this case, after notifying us, you may return them to the return address below.
2/ Size issue: The size of the socks surprises many of our customers, who are sometimes confused by Italian sock sizes. Although they are close, sock sizes nevertheless differ from British and American shoe sizes.
In addition, new socks often appear larger than those most commonly found in shops:
- Because they are not elasticated around the foot, only at the top of the leg, where they stay up.
- Because new socks are ironed, the fibres are therefore stretched and appear larger than they actually are. The true size of the socks becomes apparent after the first wash.
3/ Shipping error : If we made a mistake when preparing your order, we will of course proceed with an exchange.
4/ Withdrawal: As provided for by the Chatel Law, the customer has 7 days to withdraw. No justification is required. However, we would be very happy to know your reasons.
