The buyer acknowledges having the legal capacity to place an order and being over 18 years old or having written parental authorization allowing them to order on the site. 5. Deliveries:
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the geographical area designated below, unless agreed otherwise by the seller. In the case of such an agreement, the seller cannot be held responsible if the delivered product does not comply with the legislation in force in the country where the order is delivered.
5.1 Delivery locations:
The online sale of products and services presented on the site is available in France, Belgium, Switzerland, England, Canada, Austria, Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg.
5.2 Delivery times and availability:
The delivery times indicated on the site are given as an indication for products in stock. They are expressed from the receipt of payment. 5.4 Delivery rates:

5.5 Shipping:
The risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products leave the seller's or their carrier's premises, as well as when the customer returns the product to the seller. The seller ensures that the products are properly protected for transport. If, despite this, any products in the order are damaged during transport, the buyer may either refuse delivery of the damaged products or make handwritten, dated, and signed reservations on the delivery note or with the postal service depending on the mode of transport used. The seller will then promptly deliver the missing product at no additional shipping cost or proceed with an exchange if the delivery does not conform to the order. To proceed with the exchange, the customer must contact the seller: - either, for missing products, by message to contact@meschaussettesrouges.com, providing their order number - or, for products delivered not in accordance with the order, by following the return procedure on the website accessible from "Your account" then "view my previous orders" then "order details." The customer can then request a return number by indicating the product they wish to return and the reason for the return. After verification, the seller will send the customer a return number by email along with the procedure to follow. The product must be returned by the customer in its original, intact, and sealed packaging. A copy of the invoice must be included with the product, and the return number must be marked on the shipping package. The return shipping costs for this item will be reimbursed upon proof, and the product that was not delivered according to the order will be shipped to the customer at no additional shipping cost.
6. Withdrawal:
Buyers, private individuals who are not professionals, have a withdrawal period of twenty days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange subject to available stock or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. The buyer may request a refund or exchange for another product of equal or greater value (excluding shipping or additional services) within 30 days. To do so, the customer must contact MES CHAUSSETTES ROUGES to request a return as follows: - If they want an exchange: by message to contact@meschaussettesrouges.com indicating the order number; the new item will be shipped upon receipt by MES CHAUSSETTES ROUGES of the originally ordered item. The buyer can then request a return number by indicating the product they wish to return and the reason for the return. After verification, the seller will provide a return number and instructions by email. The product must be returned by the customer at their own expense and risk in its original, intact, and sealed packaging. 8. Returns:
Returns (excluding warranty) are only accepted by the seller in cases considered in paragraphs: 7.5 (Transport), 7.6 (Missing product at delivery or delivery not conforming to the order), 7 (Withdrawal), and when made within 30 days following delivery while respecting the procedure described in the above-mentioned paragraphs. Returns (including under warranty) are made at the buyer's risk.
9. Liability:

In the event of force majeure as defined by the case law of French courts, making it impossible for either party to fulfill its obligations, the respective obligations of the parties will first be suspended for the entire duration of the event, excluding however the obligations stipulated in Article 14 "Intellectual Property". If this suspension lasts more than 30 days, the contract may be terminated automatically at the initiative of either party by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. MES CHAUSSETTES ROUGES and the contracting party will then no longer be bound to fulfill their obligations except those resulting from Article 14 "Intellectual Property", without any compensation being due by either party. Neither party shall be held responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure or fortuitous event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code and the case law of the Court of Cassation. The parties hereby acknowledge as cases of force majeure or fortuitous events total or partial strikes external to the service provider, export bans, changes in regulations applicable to the provision of services, transport blockages, fire, lightning, and flooding.
