# Warm women's socks for a cozy winter

We offer several models of warm women's mid-calf (short) socks to keep your feet warm throughout the winter. Indeed, although cotton is one of the softest and most comfortable materials, it is not known for its insulating properties.

To stay warm, it is important to choose warm and insulating materials such as wool or cashmere. These animal-origin materials are known for their softness, warmth, and the unique comfort they provide. They are especially appreciated in humid and/or cold regions.

# Our models of warm women's socks

Solid wool women's socks: Super-solid wool socks are the most versatile warm socks. Wool is ideal for cold seasons thanks to its insulating properties. It is also a natural, noble, and very soft material. Moreover, these warm women's socks are more durable thanks to a polyamide reinforcement. Thus, this model of super-solid wool socks can be worn in winter, autumn, or even spring.

Knitted wool socks: This model of slightly thicker wool socks stands out with its textured pattern! Indeed, the wool is knitted in such a way as to create a relief on the sock, similar to braids. These are comfortable and more robust warm socks that can be worn with any shoes.

Warm women's Bison socks: These socks are part of the Super Solid range! Made of 86% wool, the Bison socks are very warm and particularly thick. They are the ideal pair of socks to wear with high shoes to face the cold!

Women's cashmere socks: Cashmere is an exceptional material, highly appreciated during cold seasons. It is indeed very warm and very soft. We offer several blends for our cashmere socks.

  • Thick cashmere socks are the quintessential warm women's socks. They are ideal to wear with ankle boots.
  • Cashmere and wool socks are also very warm and sturdy, making them perfect for winter.
  • Cashmere and silk models, although more delicate, are among the softest, warmest, and most comfortable socks available. These exceptional warm women's socks are perfect pairs to wear for a cozy moment at home or a special occasion.

Norwegian socks: These warm women's socks are ideal for the winter period! The thick wool keeps you especially warm, and the chunky knit provides exceptional comfort. The Norwegian pattern is available here in blue or bright red. This cozy pair of socks is perfect as a Christmas gift.

Women's slippers: Our indoor sock models are perfect for cold seasons. Mostly made of thick wool, these slipper socks are very comfortable, warm, and soft. To allow casual wear, they are mid-calf height.

These warm women's socks are designed to be worn alone, featuring non-slip bands on the sole with a pattern reminiscent of an astronaut's footprints!

Bonus: these socks can also be worn with slippers or shoes. They are knitted with a caviar pattern to add an extra touch of elegance.

# Caring for women's warm socks

Women's warm socks are often made from materials that are more delicate to wash than others, which means following a few recommendations to keep them in good condition for as long as possible.

For wool, it is possible to machine wash the socks, preferably at the lowest possible temperature or on a delicate cycle. Additionally, the spin cycle should be kept as low as possible. These recommendations help prevent loss of volume (wool shrinkage) and premature wear of the socks.

Although cashmere is also subject to these constraints, we recommend washing it gently by hand. Indeed, this exceptional material does not tolerate harsh washing well.

The tumble dryer is, of course, to be avoided. Besides significantly damaging the fabric in the short term, it can also harm the elastic that ensures the socks stay securely on your calves.
