The delivery time depends on the address and country of delivery:
- In France: delivery within 2 to 4 working days
- Abroad: delivery within 4 to 10 working days
The delivery time also depends on our delivery partners. If there is any problem with the delivery, do not hesitate to contact us.
- Spain: shippings are only available with DHL for 9€ - free shipping from 250€ of purchases.

After confirming your shopping basket click to chose the shipping method: then just select click & collect. You will receive an email confirmation within 2 working days to pick-up your order at the shop.

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return the socks if they are not suitable.
Socks must not have been opened or tried on. The label must not be removed.

Here are several different reasons that may explain why you are returning socks you ordered from Mes Chaussettes Rouges. Please list the issue in an email to us when you are returning socks, so that we can better address the problem:
1/ Quality problem : The socks are subject to four independent checks after manufacture. However, since some operations, such as remeshing, are always done by hand, a defect may occur. In this case, after notifying us, you can send them back to us at the return address below.
2/ Size problem : The sizing of the socks surprises many of our customers, as they are confused by Italian sock sizes. Although similar, Italian sock sizes differ from English and American shoe sizes, and new socks are larger than those most commonly found in stores because the feet of the socks are not elasticated, they are only elasticated at the top of the shin.
3/ Sending error : If we made a mistake in the preparation of your order, we will of course be happy to exchange them.
4/ Withdrawal : As outlined by the Chatel law, the customer has 7 days to retract their purchase. No justification is necessary. However, we would be grateful to know why you are returning them.
