Taupe & Rust - Houndstooth - Cotton Lisle
This pair of mid-calf socks from the brand Mazarin features a beautiful houndstooth pattern, combining the sobriety of taupe with the liveliness of rusty orange. Taupe is the perfect middle point between beige and brown, while the rusty shade combines a bit of orange and red. However, what truly makes these socks special is the pattern used. The houndstooth pattern is perfect for those who want to renew their wardrobe with bright and original colours without losing their elegance and style.
This pair in taupe and rust can be easily combined with sober colours to dress them up, such as brown and navy blue, or can be used to give luminosity to darker shades, like grey and black. You can even dare to wear them with bright colours and patterns if you really want to stand out in the crowd!
The cotton lisle yarn used in these socks comes from Egypt, while the knitting process happens in the best Italian workshops. Cotton lisle is soft and fine, but it's still a very resistant material, especially thanks to the reinforcement at the toe and heel. The perfect everyday pair!
