Here is an original pair created in collaboration with Alexia Duchêne, the culinary chef, and Mazarin, the French hosiery company!

This pair of socks was designed by the chef herself to highlight French know-how in both gastronomy and hosiery. This pair is just like Alexia: original and creative whilepreserving the classic and traditional finishes, in all simplicity!

The colour: orange is Alexia's favourite colour, a bright, luminous and energetic colour that reflects her image. Beige was chosen as a background to highlight the pattern and gently soften the contrast.

The pattern: the houndstooth pattern is reminiscent of the clothing worn by apprentice chefs, and more particularly the trousers worn in the kitchen, a key stage in the life of a chef that Alexia passed with flying colours!

The material: these socks are made of 100% cotton lisle, a fine and light material perfect to wear all year round and especially in hot weather. This pair is therefore perfect for those who work in the kitchen and want to wear comfortable socks without getting too hot.

The height: these socks are a knee-high model, meaning that they reach just below the knee. This is a very traditional height for socks, often seen as the most practical and elegant one. This is because they offer the perfect fit all day long and never expose your skin. Without a doubt, this detail is very important if you're working long hours in a busy kitchen!

Their plus: this Alexia Duchêne & Mazarin collaboration is produced in a limited edition directly in Paris! All the pairs are knit in the Parisian workshop of Mes Chaussettes Rouges. It is Jacques, one of the founders of the shop himself, who is behind the machine creating these pairs, to ensure each one is up to the highest standards.
