Voici un somptueux coffret de chaussettes en lin tricolores, idéal pour les jours d'été !
Ces chaussettes en 95% lin son tricotées en Italie par la marque Bresciani, qui propose des modèles en mi-bas (chaussettes hautes) ou mi-mollet (courtes).
Le lin est une matière idéale à porter en été : les chaussettes en lin gardent les pieds au frais et au sec grâce aux capacités d'absorption de l'humidité de cette matière (jusqu'à 30% de son poids). Elles ont également deux autres avantages : elles s'adoucissent au lavage et sont assez robustes grâce aux longues fibres du lin (10 fois plus longues que celles du coton). Fun fact : le lin se renforce au contact de l'humidité, ces chaussettes seront donc d'autant plus solides que les pieds de votre papa font transpirer!

Composition du coffret :
- 1 paire de chaussettes Bresciani en lin Bleu denim mi-bas ou mi-mollet
- 1 paire de chaussettes Bresciani en lin Blanc cassé mi-bas ou mi-mollet
- 1 paire de chaussettes Bresciani en lin Rouge grenat mi-bas ou mi-mollet

1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from vegetal fibres:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: by hand or in the washing machine, preferably cold (30 or 40° maximum) with a spin cycle between 600 and 1000 rpm).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: by hand (recommended) or in washing machine (cold 30°, with a spin cycle of 600 rpm maximum).
- Wash the socks inside out and in a wash bag to avoid lint and preserve the colours.
- Tumble dry and ironing: strongly discouraged.
- Drying on a flat surface recommended.
N.B.: when washing for the first time, it is advisable not to mix light and dark coloured socks.
