These casual women’s socks stand out with an original pattern of storks knitted directly into the blue fabric. This graceful bird gives the socks a relaxed look, making them a perfect match for casual outfits.
This model is knitted from Cotton Lisle (mercerised Egyptian cotton), a light and fine material appreciated for its crisp feel. Their smooth appearance further enhances their soft touch. Strength and flexibility are ensured by the use of elastane and polyamide in small proportions.
These socks are knitted in northern Italy, a region renowned for hosiery. They feature exceptional finishes: reinforced toes and heels, and hand-linked toes for greater comfort, with no seam at the toe.
Composition: 85% Cotton Lisle – 13% Polyamide – 2% Elastane
Height: mid-calf (short)
We offer three heights of socks:
1- Knee-High Socks
Height: these socks are quite long, reaching just below the knee.
Advantages: they offer more support and cover the entire shin. Their height is suitable to be worn with suit trousers.
2- Mid-Calf Socks
Height: mid-calf socks are shorter socks that reach the middle of the calf.
Advantages: they are ideal for people who wear tight-fitting trousers.
3- No-Show Socks
Height: these socks are very short, meant to stay hidden inside of the shoe. We offer different models for different shoes.
Advantage: the no-show socks are invisible in the trainers or moccasins but still protect your feet and shoes.
For socks made from plant-based materials:
Cotton lisle, Cotton & Linen:
- Washing: machine wash at a maximum of 40°C
- Spin cycle: between 600 and 1000 rpm;
- Ideally, wash the socks inside out and in a laundry bag to prevent pilling and preserve the colours;
- Drying: tumble drying and ironing are strongly discouraged;
- Air dry, with socks hung up or laid flat. Recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
Cotton Sea Island & Silk :
- Washing: machine wash cold or up to 30°C (ideally on a delicate cycle)
- Spin cycle: maximum 600 rpm;
- Ideally, wash the socks inside out and in a laundry bag to prevent pilling and preserve the colours;
- Drying: tumble drying and ironing are strongly discouraged;
- Air dry, with socks hung up or laid flat. Recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
For socks made of animal fibres:
Wool merinos, cashmere, vicuna, camel hair :
- Washing: machine wash cold or up to a maximum of 30°C
- Spin cycle: maximum 600 rpm;
- Ideally, wash the socks inside out and in a laundry bag to prevent pilling and preserve the colours;
- Drying: tumble drying and ironing are strongly discouraged;
- Air dry, with socks hung up or laid flat. Recommended to preserve the quality of the fibres and the natural shape of the socks.
N.B:
- For the first wash, it is recommended not to mix light-coloured and dark-coloured socks.
- When in doubt about which cycle to use, hand washing is always effective and safe for delicate materials.
